Ran 10 fairly easy on the Chipman Trail. Sore feet, ankles, left hip, quads during and afterwards. Had to stop twice for a break, and I feel like I need to take 6-8 weeks off from running to let the tendons and ankles heal up. Did a bike ride the day after and that felt great, like it would be good for the joints and tendons. More biking, starting now!! Don't know if I will be able to start the Sunday Sundae 10 miler race next week. Might be a first DNS.
