200m = 30.3, fastest ever in a training run. Right heel is painful, didn't really want to run tonight but didn't feel like biking either so I went to the outdoor track and ran easy 800's, then put on spikes and practiced a few starts from the 100m line, then did a weak 100m, then did an all-out 200m in a training pr time of 30.31. Did not eat lunch today, and this workout was in a bit of a calorie deficit. Felt a bit light-headed after the 100 and 200, but I was able to jog back to the rec center without any calf cramps, so that's an improvement.
