Notes

Pullman Loop fm Rec, easy-to-medium effort. Clockwise, mostly favorable winds from the NW. Goal was to run easy and just finish the miles, but went a bit faster than that thanks to Rachel bringing me food snacks to my office in the afternoon. This run yesterday destroyed me due to severe calorie deficit. I was non-functional at home afterwards. Ran much faster and felt much better all the way today with food still in my stomach at the start. Did not run the hill this morning since I needed a break. According to the Garmin my max running speed today was 35.9 mph. LOL!
