Notes

Rec center, treadmill, wanted to run 5K but knees and especially left high hamstring and hip were too sore. Apparently from stretching and PT stuff I did at home before hand. Left hamstring and hip and knee and big toe and foot have been ongoing source of pain, but especially the upper hamstring/ischial hip area.
