AM indoors at the Rec, wanted to run short and fastish. Felt great, but my legs were reminding me I have not done ANY speedwork for over 4 months! It shows - I'll probably be sore tomorrow from this, and I hope it didn't hurt my right heel at all. Had to stop after 2 laps and take off shoe and sock and massage right heel - it was hurting slightly, but this made it better. Was planning to run 8x200m, but after 5x I was feeling it in my leg muscles and didn't want to risk pulling something. I clearly haven't been doing speedwork in a while! It felt great. Can't wait to get back under 35 seconds for these and be able to run as many as I want. Nice, short workout.
