I was able to walk OK after the running today! Have not be able to walk after running for past few weeks, felt like some kind of nerve issue. Would have run more 200's afterwards but hamstrings are feeling it slightly so gave them a break.

Did not take BP meds or Rapaflo this morning before running. Did take a B100. No BP or resting pulse this morning as Rachel locked the cats in the room for containment prior to their vet visit today.
