Notes

Walk-jogged, dead-easy, stomach was full from lunch. Didn't run yesterday, ate to much last night in Pasco at the restaurant. Felt bloated, having terrible anxiety-depression again today, but seem to have run it off. Was dripping sweat much more than normal during the walk-jog, and didn't feel like running nn-stop, but felt better by the last mile. Decided to run a 200 on a lark, and was shocked to do 36 on the first one and feel so fast and smooth. Was expecting 40+. Effort was amazingly not hard. Long quick strides today, form felt better, and less leg wobble afterwards. A bit less gasping for air after each run also, even though I've been having asthma and/or chest tightness since Friday or before.

Walk-jog splits: 7:45, 8:22, 7:51, 24.56 @ 5k, 7:40 for 4th, 31:40.
