PM workout at the indoor track. Been having serious PVC's every day lately, especially in the afternoons and it's making me a bit short of breath now. Used Albuterol before walking to the Rec center and still had breathing issues while walking in the cold outside and something was just not right while running on the track. Ran the first 1600 in the Hoka's. Winded from that easy run, so switched to the light weight red Mizuno Ekiden racers and dropped down to 200's. These felt fast and easy EXCEPT something is not right in my chest, and even though my lungs were good, my throat was not and I was not getting enough O2. I was mouth-breathing like a fish in hot water the entire time on the track, and vision plus legs were fading after last couple laps. Had to increase to 2-lap walk rest intervals for last two 200's also to catch my breath.
