32.86 200m in Ronin 5's w/inserts. PM workout. Skipped breakfast, ate light pasta lunch and that's all today, so already hungry before running. Ran the first 1600 in the new red Hoka Clifton's to continue breaking them in. My calves and achilles really feel the change, will need to be careful in these until my legs are used to them. Used Albuterol before running, breathing was mostly ok but not perfect, and had some chest pains, and was out of breath for an hour afterwards during my eye exam. Very impressed that I could run :33, :33, :32 however. I haven't been able to string three fast 200's together lately because of asthma and weak legs. Fastest 200m since last May, and that was on the outdoor track and in spikes.
