Did another indoor interval set, kept it easy and did the same runs as yesterday except changed the order. Pain in left hip/glute still, but my stride length is obviously getting longer. Less wheezing today. Feeling pretty floppy afterwards while walking, partly due to Cialis this morning? But probably would have been so anyway after a workout at included any kind of intensity. Good workout, all things considered.

I did 10 chin-ups this afternoon non-stop. Been a while since I was strong enough to do that. I also did 90 push-ups non-stop last Monday. Also a first fro this year, maybe a few years.
