Rec center indoor track, 1600 meters, 5:58.17. Rec has been closed for the past week so this was my first 1600 in 9 days, but I've been running easy outdoors for the past 4 days. Left knee is doing ok! Not perfect, but not too bad either. Slight ache while sitting here, but minimal.
Mile equivalent is 6:00.26
Energy level at home lately has been a wild roller-coaster ride. Always sleepy after eating, and also groggy and weak before eating if I get too hungry or sit down for too long. Maybe this isn't anything new, just seems more extreme.
