AM workout. Weight surged 2-3 lbs overnight, after running long on Saturday and sitting on my butt all day Sunday driving up to Spokane and back for my birthday gathering. Started off feeling sluggish and weak this morning, and cold lower legs, so hit the incline TM and started off walking +30% slope, 2.7, then downhill -2.5% @ 6:50 + 6:13, then uphill again at 6:57, then downhill at 6:00, then uphill at 6:00 (6:18) then downhill at 6:00. Felt better as I slowly warmed up and got going. About an hour on the mill. Not bad for a morning workout before breakfast.

Resting heart rate was 45/46 this morning.
