Tapering for Snake River Half next week, did the scheduled 4 miles easy, plus a bonus 400 and 200 easy-fast and smooth. The 200m felt remarkably fast and easy at 32 seconds, and I did one of those yesterday as well I believe? Weight was 133.5 today, a bit dehydrated from yesterday maybe.
