Lentil 5K Race - perfect sunny day, no wind, 55-ish, warming up to 80 later on? Very hilly course! First place in 50-59 age group, about 10th place over all, and 15 seconds faster than same race last year, despite sore ankles and left hip recently. (all summer?)
