Outdoor track, wanted to see if I could do intervals after Sunday's Lewiston Hill training run. Not bad - felt ok, weather was grey, 53-51, not windy so felt decent enough. I would probably run faster if it was warmer. Wore heavy shoes, since my ankles hurt last week after intervals in the lighter weight shoes. Good speed work, a bit short so I can do more tomorrow.
