Notes

PM workout, trying to get some miles in today before start tapering for Snake Half. I felt like running 800's tonight. Somewhat fatigued but I"m pleased with how much and fast I can run while trying to run 50 mpw. Didn't run at noon today due to fatigue and stomach issues, still digesting a late breakfast and a handful of vitamins.
