7x200m - Easy laps - I raced hard downhill last Saturday and my calves have been too sore to run since then. Also had the stupid cold shins - shin splintish feeling again this morning, as has become usual this spring. Weight lifitng afterwards, then ran an easy 800m at 3:18, total 1400m at 6:29 ave. I thought I did 8x200m but mis-counted.
