Time Trial.
Ran out and back on the Chipman Trail, 13.12, tailwind out, headwind all the way back. Happy with the time for these conditions., but it was a cold and miserable return trip, even though I was dressed warmly enough. Got sweaty and cold afterwards while walking a bit. I hate running outdoors in this weather. My left hip bothered me a bit at the start and then on the final few miles, I don't know if it's from the cold or from running in a straight line for a change instead of around in little circles on the indoor track? We'll see how it feels tomorrow. Weight was down below 133 again this morning after racing 5K yesterday.
