Pathetic running. Clear cool air, bright sun and blue sky, but very low humidity, light breeze, headwind out and back! Pollen count is high, I can't breath, and my leg muscles are sore. Could not even break 7 minute pace today. Left calf is still tightening up after 5-6 miles, nearly a cramp but not enough to make me stop running. Only good part is that it's 8 seconds per mile quicker than yesterday's pathetic 10k on the track.
Humidity dropped to 15% at 3pm, pollen count is 10.3 / 12 today.
