Ran/walked for 1 hour on the indoor track. More running, less walking today.

Splits: 7:08, 6:59, 7:03, 22:03 @ 5K, 28:27 @ 32 laps, 36:09 @ 40 laps, 45:45 @ 10K, 55:23 @ 12K

No knee pain. Quads are DOMS sore from sprinting 2 days ago, but didn't really interfere with this easy running.

Not a bad finish to the 2016 running year! I may have to revoke my "retirement" from running if this keeps up. Starting to dabble with crazy thoughts of doing the Snake River Half in March. That's just crazy talk at this point though! Or is it . . .?
