Ran indoors on the track. 5k, started easy and held the pace as the effort got a little harder. So a progressive effort level, if not pace. Not a time trial, just a moderate workout.

Splits: 7:15, 7:05, 6:57, 0:40 = 21:58 (51 second improvement over yesterday). Age grades to 72.3%.

Nasty grey weather outside and Rachel says the air on the trail smelled of diesel. yuck!
