3 on the outdoor track, 350 run + 50 walk, plus 1 mile wu+cd = 4 miles, time is approximate. Nice sunny morning, legs and glutes are still sore, feet are sore and unhappy. I'm trying to sit less, since that seems to be related to my glute and hams problems. Feet don't like my little running socks, and they might be too tight? They're a wool blend, and shrink some when washed. I've started stretching them overnight before running in them, but it may not be enough.
