Outdoor track after work, running hurts - "proximal hamstring pain" and my feet are not happy. Walk-jogged one mile barefoot on the track and that felt very good!! My feet were happy with that. 12:02 for one barefoot mile, then 2:00 400m barefoot. Told Shirley today that I would njot be able to make use of her Missoula Half Marathon entry due to my running pains. We'll see if I can find the right stretches and workouts to remedy this big nuisance problem.
