Notes
1.) That felt WAY faster than an 11 minute mile. I thought I was pushing a 10 minute mile. Anyway....
2.) The weather folks said it was 48 degrees but it is definitely colder than that....too cold for the shorts I was wearing
3.) A painful callus on my right big toe. Not bad enough to stop me from running but it might need a little TLC
4.) I ate loads last night and am carting around an extra 3 pounds of food and water. But at least I was well fueled for a morning run.
5.) I may have been well fueled but I wasn't well rested. I just undid a long weekend's worth of rest by getting about 6 hours or restless and disturbed sleep. Viva caffeine!
