WOW! I was NOT expecting such a good run today! After Saturday's beating I was planning an easy 2 miles to stretch out my muscles. After 25 minutes instead of cooling down, I picked it up. After 35 minutes I was running 6.3 mph and loving the stretch in my muscles after so much slow running the past few weeks.
A smidge of pain in the left knee and I took 2 IB for recovery. Nothing that seemed a cause for concern.
I didn't exactly know what to classify this run as....it wasn't really "Easy" but I didn't plan on anything else so I just labeled it "Tempo" and hope it was close enough.
It's back outside again tomorrow morning and I plan on taking it easy. I want to be able to keep running.
