Notes

I ran with Zoey while she rode her bike. Zoey had a major break through today. She got up to speed going down hill then just took off and never looked back. She had several major learning moments(crashes) She first learned how to fall with out getting hurt, then crashed into a fence at full speed. She did not get hurt but really learned to keep herself in control instead of going for only speed. We went down to the art project building scheduled for demolition and the owner let Zoey put a picture up on the wall, the exhibit opens on the 18th and the owner said her art will be seen by thousands. On the way home we found a parking lot that was empty flat and smooth. Zoey rode around there for 45 min and just about perfected her turns, stops and starts. She got the hang of using the hand brake while putting a foot down, as well as pushing off for the start. We rode home and she even did well going up hill. We went 2.25 miles today and she didn't complain and did so well. I am very proud, What a break through. In another week or two she will be ready for a bigger bike.
