This went pretty well. The 10 and 20 pound weights were good. I could probably also use a 15, but this totally fine. I also had to sit for some of the shoulder presses because of the low ceiling but I think that's fine. Definitely got a hard work out and only felt a little nauseous. Nothing like Monday with chest and back.
