I did the ab ripper work out after my 5 mile run. I had the workouts on my p90x iphone app. Man I cannot do anything close to the full routine. I started alright doing all 25 reps for the first two exercises, but by the 3rd one my abs are shot and then I'm left doing like 5 - 10 of the rest of them, and some I just skipped because my abs were hurting so much. This is definitely what I am weakest in.
