So I tried to use this new form, and I guess it's going to take me some time to get better, because I don't think I improved at all. I think I'm taking my strokes too fast or kicking too hard with my legs, because I'm always out of breath despite how slow I am swimming. I did a 300 warm up and then 16 50s which I did every 75 because I am so slow, that gave me about 15 - 20 seconds of rest. I also tried to do flip turns which were pretty bad. Just need to practice more.
