Notes

Because I was short on time, I used the opportunity to do 1000 non-stop. Felt pretty good. At the end this lady who was a much better swimmer than me gave me some helpful pointers. Keep my head down and out stretched and breathe to the side and don't cross my body especially when I take a breath.
