Treadmill

Notes

After missing a few days due to work stuff, I finally got my run in. I'll just treat this like a down week after ramping up into the 20s. Looking to go into the high 20s next week and be in the 30s by the end of March. This run felt fine. On the treadmill again because I don't feel like running in 25 degree weather in the afternoon in March! In other news, I fell of my diet this week but will be starting back up on Monday.
