Nice bike ride to Joe's to meet up with Sachin, Justin and Joe after their 4 mile run. This was my first time on the bike in a long time. It actually had dust on it :) I didn't push too hard, but I was on the aero bar position for a lot of it. It was an easy effort. Once I got there, I rode around the neighborhood for a little while, while I waited for them to get back. My average speed there was 16.9 mph.
