Well I had my watch and strap but then forgot to start it! When I started I thought I was going to have a hard time getting my HR up. It's been so long sinc eI was on the bike and I figured my legs would hold me back, but after about 10 minutes of warming up I got it into the 130s. Then I started to increase the tension for a couple minutes at a time and got it into the 140s and even into the 150s for a little bit. I'm definitely happy with this cross training workout although it sucked to be inside the gym on such a beautiful day. I'll just keep this going for a while til I feel my knee is alright. I plan to bike this weekend and then next week as well.
