Notes

I only had time to do 50 minutes due to a moved meeting but that's fine. Felt very relaxed. I was thinking about my foot strike and any time I try to adjust it to land more midfoot it feels like I'm landing harder which doesn't make sense. This time after I warmed up I set it at 7.1 mph to see what my HR would be at the end and it was 144. Still playing around with things. This doesn't mean too much since I don't know what my max hr rate is. Based on averages, 144 would be 76% which is in the easy zone.
