Notes

Nice and easy. Started slow and then kept it at 7 mph the whole time. Felt nice and relaxed. Legs feel good. Very surprised at my weight at the end. After a week of inactivity and serious over eating I was sure I gained a few pounds. I was prepared to be at 168 or so, so 164 is a nice surprise. Looking to get down to 155 for the half in April.
