Notes
This was so awesome. I ran with Scott Jurek today around NY. I'm going to do a whole blog entry about it so I won't go into to much detail here. My knee was ok once again. Not great, but not really painful either. It started bothering me a bit after a few miles but then I forgot about it by the end of the run so I don't know what that means. I'm afraid it will start to bother me when I try to go faster. I guess we'll see.
