Tried something different on the bike today. I think this is the farthest I've ever gone which is not too impressive. I did 8 x 2 mile repeats with a mile rest in between. As a result, my overall speed was not too bad, 18.1. Felt good today. I need to keep it up with the bike to do well in the triathlon. Especially the next couple weeks when I'm not working.
