Notes
This was an easy hour run with some strides at the end. I kept it at 7.1 for the first 4.5 miles and then I incorporated 10 x 100m strides every quarter from 8.5 to 8.9. I just figured I'd mix this in but not do any tempo work in the weeks leading up to my schedule. Felt good and my legs loosened up on the strides. Not sure why I forgot to hit the lap button for the first two miles. That was weird.
