Felt a bit bleh after my awesome run yesterday but I was kind of expecting that after such a long break. It was definitely clear today that I lost fitness because my HR was so high near the end of the run for such a slow pace. I actually lowered the pace to the high 8s to keep it below 150. But its all good. I'm not even upset. I'm looking forward to improving. On the food front, I am now 2 days eating very healthy. 1 day at a time baby!
