Notes
This was my first run in a really long time. A combination of factors led to this. Everyone in my family got the flu/bad cold and I felt like I couldn't run because I Was taking care of them, and then I got sick and then it was the end of the year and I said screw it, I'll start again in the new year.
Well despite not running for a while, this run was wonderful. Maybe it was because I hadn't run in so long. I felt great. I meant to just do 3 miles but then once I was out there I changed to my usual 5 mile loop. Clearly my fitness is lagging, but I felt good and I'm really excited for the new year. I'll review all my goals and such in a blog post.
2013, here I come!
