Wow. that was a long run. Went way way better than two weeks ago, but I will say the last couple miles were pretty tough. I was feeling very strong at around mile 17 - 18 and then I started to fade but I held on. I'm definitely pleased with my overall pace and everything, but when it ends on such a hard effort to bring it it, it makes me question my ability to go 5 miles farther at a faster pace. I guess we'll see what happens over the next month or so. Here are my splits. It's nice and consistent with a bit of a speed up the last 5, and then I faded the last couple miles.
