Well this was a little better. When I started the first mile of the temp portion I was thinking I was pushing pretty hard but I was only at 7:55. I actually said "C'mon!" But then I naturally got faster and felt pretty good through out. As usual, I went a bit too hard in the last couple miles, but I wanted to make this tempo a progression. I will really try my best to keep my whole tempo run under 170 HR next time. Still, this is a step in the right direction.
