This was supposed to be a long run, but it was not to be with everything that was going on today. If I was going to do it, it would have been first thing in the morning, and then by night time, April wasn't feeling well and I decided to just do the minimum and make this a step back week. No worries. So next week the plan will be to get to high 40s.
