I don't even know man. I just kept pushing it a bit faster just to get to a decent HR. I think the whole indoor in the cool air on a treadmill that's totally flat makes a huge difference after running out in the heat a bunch. So even though my HR was so low, I still did feel like I was moving pretty fast when I was doing 8 minute pace. Legs feel OK after but I need to be careful.
