This was it, the last p90x lifting and ab ripper. I pushed pretty hard with the pull ups and did a bunch. I'm very happy with how it all went. Definitely got me a good base to start with my next program.

I should add that I was planning on running, but then we had some unexpected issues at April's ob appointment and had to get over to St. Peters for some more tests. Luckily the tests came back ok and they will be monitoring but still a stressful day.
