300 wu, 550 all out in 9:27 which is ok but I was hoping for faster. I took it out too fast and then my form fell apart near the end, I think. 100 kick, 100 pull, 150 forgot where it's called where you keep your arm out in front and leave it there til the other one meets it? 150 slow thinking about form, 300 cd.
