Another beautiful spring day. Love this weather! Nice and easy 8 mile run with a little pick up at the end. It was an afternoon run so it took me a little to settle in. I was pushing just a bit and felt a little sluggish from morning's swim. I didn't look at my watch the whole run and was happily surprised with the pace.
