Because I keep feeling like I'm on the verge of a cold I decided to get some sleep in the morning and move the yoga to the evening. Well I felt better once again as the day progressed and was ready for yoga when I got home from work. This was my best yoga session to date. I really felt like I improved on the hardest moves for me which is the half moon/twisting half moon sequence. I just did the first half once again and even skipped the yoga belly this time. I think 3 days/ week of abs is enough anyway.
Also, today I started Intermittent Fasting (IF) It was not too bad this morning. I was hungry, but it was completely manageable.
