Notes
I forgot to start my watch which is why the time is off in the intervals. This was back to Chest, shoulders and triceps and oh man is this tough. Doing the same pushing movements throughout the whole work out really kills me by the end. I improved a bit here and there but then I did less clap push ups at the end. I was hoping for more of an improvement with push ups in general and I'm not really seeing it. Crushed the abs though. My best yet. I did all 25 heals to heaven although with pretty bent legs. But still a first.
