ugh, this was an awful run. I don't know how I manged to stretch it out to 7. No idea why either, just was not feeling it. When these days happen, it leaves me a little concerned that this will happen on race day and I won't know why.
Also about last week. I was planning on doing a 13 mile long run which would have made it 45 for the week but Sunday just got too crazy which may be just as well because I was feeling like maybe I was ramping up too quick. So Now this week I am ready to go 45.
